Extract audio from downloaded YouTube videos with VLC

• First you have to have download YouTube video on your PC, or it can be downloaded from Video Manager then press Edit and select Download MP4.
• In order to convert any mp4 format into an MP3 audio file, then in that case, you have to open the VLC media player, then select Media and choose Convert/Save. Click on Add option from the File tab, after that search for the downloaded MP4.
• On selecting the Convert/Save button, you can select the output format as mp3. If still you are facing problems with output for MP3, switch to Audio MP3 (MP4), and still you are unable to play a mp3 file in mp3 player then change the .mp4 suffix to .mp3.
• In order to save the audio file click on Browse option to specify a directory.
• Now on pressing the Start option, the audio is ripped from the video and saved in your preferred format. After the process is complete you can hear the audio file.
